Research on Online and Offline Mixed Teaching Mode of College Swimming Course

With the development of Internet technology, online education has become an important trend in the field of education. As an important physical education course, the traditional offline teaching mode has some limitations, such as time and place limitation, insufficient teacher resources and so on. Therefore, it is of great significance to combine online and offline teaching and realize the application of mixed teaching mode in college swimming course. Through literature review and empirical research, this study will analyze the advantages and challenges of blended teaching mode in swimming course, explore the cognition and evaluation of this teaching mode by students and teachers, and finally propose a set of feasible implementation strategies to promote the innovation and development of swimming course teaching in colleges and universities. Through the in-depth discussion of this study, it is expected to provide beneficial reference and reference for the teaching reform of swimming course in colleges and universities, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the teaching effect and teaching quality.
