Innovative Research on “One-stop” Student Community Management Model under the Leadership of Party Building

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of higher education reform in China, the status of student community management in university management has become increasingly prominent. Under the guidance of party building work, how to play the leadership role of party organizations more effectively to improve the scientificity and efficiency of student community management has become a key issue facing the current university management work. This paper aims to deeply explore the characteristics of the “one-stop” student community management model from the perspective of party building, analyze the problems existing in the existing “one-stop” student community management model, and propose the optimization and innovation strategies of the “onestop” student community management model under the leadership of party building, in order to provide valuable reference for university management work.
