A Study on Cultivating Teachers’ Innovative Capability in the Context of Educational Informatization
Abstract
With the rapid development of educational informatization today, the strength of teachers’ innovation ability is directly related to the improvement of education and teaching quality. Through the analysis of the current situation of teachers ‘innovation ability cultivation under the background of educational informatization, this paper puts forward a series of targeted training strategies, aiming to improve teachers’ ability of educational technology application, innovation ability and teaching practice ability, so as to promote the innovation and development of education and teaching.
