Abstract


Private maritime companies in Malaysia and Singapore play a significant role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the ASEAN region, but they need to achieve the simultaneous growth of economic and social benefits under the strong civil, commercial, maritime and environmental legal regulations. The international legal system plays an irreplaceable and important role in this regard.
