Research on Education Management of Universities Based on Cultivating Innovative Talents

Abstract

As an important component of the national innovation system, universities play an important role in the national education system and are the main battlefield for cultivating innovative talents. This article elaborates on the characteristics of innovative talents and education management of universities, and analyzes the significance of education management of universities based on cultivating innovative talents for the country and students. On the basis of this, this paper proposes to adhere to the people-oriented and reform the concept of education management, strengthen innovation orientation and improve the educational management system, keep up with the pace of the times and innovate the education management mode, in order to provide a theoretical basis for strengthen the education management of universities based on the cultivation of innovative talents, and promote universities to achieve the goal of cultivating innovative talents.
