Research on the Improvement of Social Governance Effectiveness by Hub-type Social Organisations in W City

Abstract

Hub-type social organisations are important carriers of social governance innovation,bridges and links connecting government,social organisations and the public.Taking the resource dependence theory as the research perspective,the article fi nds that three kinds of pivotal social organisations with Different degrees of dependence are in the germination,development and transformation stages respectively in the process of participating in social governance in W.Discussing the above organisations in categories can identify the main reasons aff ecting their effectiveness in social governance,for example,insuffi cient linkage of resources,weak professional capacity and lack of institutional construction,and fi nally put forward the targeted strategies.
