Abstract
With the rapid development of China’s economy and the intensification of market competition, innovation ability has become an important symbol of high-quality talents. According to the Outline of the National Medium - and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020), the education system should aim to cultivate students’ innovative spirit and practical ability to meet the economic needs of the new era. However, the current professional education of human resource management still has shortcomings in the curriculum, teaching methods and evaluation system, and it is urgent to carry out systematic reform. In view of this, this paper puts forward the cultivation strategy of the innovative ability of students majoring in human resource management, and analyzes the effective teaching reform measures in view of the shortcomings of the current education system. Through the establishment of case-oriented teaching, project-driven learning, school-enterprise cooperation and diversified evaluation system, students’ problem-solving ability and innovative thinking in practical work are enhanced.
