As an innovative nurturing platform in the process of professional master’s degree cultivation, industrial research institutes and scientific and technological institutes have played an increasingly signifi cant role in improving the quality of talent cultivation. However, there are still industrial technology research institutes and science and technology institutes working separately, and they have not yet formed an effective linkage with universities, which restricts the function of innovation platforms to improve the quality of professional master’s degree cultivation in a coordinated way. This project takes the lead of universities, combines with industry research institutes, science, and technology institutes, and enterprises, studies the linkage mechanism among universities, industry research institutes, and science and technology institutes, and carries out the practical application to realize the full integration of science, industry, and education and the substantial improvement of the quality of talent cultivation.
