Analysis of the High Quality Development Path of Elderly Education Based on the Theory of Educational Ecology

Abstract


This paper introduces the theory of educational ecology and comprehensively analyzes the current situation and problems faced by elderly education from macro, meso, and micro levels. It proposes that the government should take the lead and multiple stakeholders should work together to drive it; Community fi lling and stimulating the driving force of educational ecology; Empowering elements and constructing a development strategy of self-organizing learning circles, providing theoretical support and path selection for the development of elderly education.
