Economic Revival of Northeast Asia:Cooperation in the New International and Tourist Situation

Abstract


The geopolitical issues in Northeast Asia have been major factors to its economic and tourist conditions. The Peninsula missile crisis, the sanctions imposed on Russia and North Korea, Japan nuclear tests, and the World warⅡenmity soaring in Northeast Asia have eviscerated the trading and tourism among northern Asian countries and international transactions. Heilongjiang, as an obsolete manufacturing zone, the revival of economic dynamics is the challenge and opportunity under the new international economic structure.
This article is conducting on the purpose of analyzing in detail the causes lurking in the phenomenal economic backwardness, discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the economy and tourism, taking into account the current regional and international trends, fi guring out a strategic proposal in respect of collaborating with Northeast Asia, to ultimately adapt to new economic frame and optimize its use of resources.
