Research Proposal – Social Media Roles in Business Institution

Abstract


Social media has become an integral part of people’s lives over the past decade as they rely on it for various purposes. Businesses have embraced the use of social media, and they have integrated them with their daily operations. Social media has had several impacts on multiple companies in Australia and across the world. The research will be based in Canberra, and it is meant to examine the roles of social media in businesses. The study will be carried out within a month while focusing on all aspects of conducting a study
