Abstract


In the digital age, vocational education highlights autonomous English learning (AEL) as crucial for career growth. This article examines how digital tools transform English learning, allowing learners to tailor experiences to their needs and goals through self-directed platforms, online courses, and apps. It shows positive effects on motivation and autonomy, while noting implementation challenges. The article also discusses educators’ roles in shifting to flexible, tech-driven methods. By fostering independence and digital literacy, vocational education now better prepares individuals for global workforce demands.
