Thoughts and Strategies of the Whole Career Education Serving Rural Revitalization

Abstract


The revitalization and development of rural areas need a large number of technical and technical talents. In the existing education system in China, students from vocational colleges have a higher fit with rural areas, and should become the main force of rural revitalization, but there are also problems in introducing talents and leaving talents. Whole career education as emerging research direction of vocational education, has a certain research results and foundation, on the basis of existing research experience, and explore through the whole career education, in the various periods of students’ career development to effective guidance and targeted training, realize “vocational colleges, enterprises and rural” tripartite resource integration, thus for rural revitalization of reserve talents, talent selection, cultivate talents, retain talent, improve talent.
