Research on the Value-added Evaluation of College Students’Educational Harvest

Abstract


What is educational gain and how to evaluate it will become one of the key issues in the field of higher education.The competency model of college students’educational harvest classifi es educational harvest indicators into three modules:vocational ability,cognitive ability and non-cognitive ability.Value-added evaluation pays attention to the principle of interaction between individuals and environment,which is appropriate for educational harvest evaluation.According to the PCMM human capital maturity model(“PCMM model”),this paper constructs a dynamic development model to form the capability maturity level.Taking the competency model of educational harvest as the cross section and the capability maturity model as the vertical axis,a dynamic evaluation model of educational harvest value-added is constructed.Big data model is the carrier to realize the appreciation evaluation of educational harvest maturity.
