Legal Education Philosophy Based on “Public Recognition of Law”
Abstract
This article aims to elaborate on the specific content of the legal education philosophy based on “public identifi cation of law.” It begins by explaining the connotation of this legal education philosophy. Subsequently, the paper advocates for the incorporation of this philosophy into the legal education system to address the defi ciencies of existing teaching models and strengthen students’ understanding of society. Finally, it provides a detailed analysis of the application requirements for this legal education philosophy, including enhancing teachers’ relevant professional expertise, promoting interdisciplinary teaching, and emphasizing the guidance of students’ values. The ultimate goal is to provide a reference for legal education reform and to better cultivate applied legal talents who can meet the needs of society.
