Analysis of the Current Situation of Quality Culture Construction in Local Colleges and Universities’Education and Teaching——An Empirical Study Based on Quality Culture Construction at Ankang University

Abstract

This study conducts an empirical research on the dilemmas faced by quality culture construction in local colleges and universities.It proposes strategies such as clarifying quality culture goals,promoting coordinated development of quality culture construction,advancing personalized and humanized development of quality culture systems,adhering to problem-oriented approaches,and improving the effectiveness of quality culture construction.These suggestions aim to facilitate the advancement of local quality culture construction towards a direction that is warm,distinctive,and of high standard.
