An Exploration of the Path of Training High-level International Talents from the Perspective of Education Power

Abstract

Under the guidance of the strategy of strengthening the country through education, the training of high-level international talents has become an important support for national development. This paper deeply discusses the demand and influence of the current international situation and the development of science and technology on high-level international talents, and clarifies their strategic position in the national development. The paper further puts forward five innovative ways to cultivate high-level international talents from the perspective of education power, including paying attention to general education, innovating classroom teaching mode, strengthening international cooperation and exchange, optimizing talent training mode and strengthening the internationalization construction of teachers. These paths aim to cultivate high-quality talents with strategic vision, liberal arts spirit and international competitiveness to inject new vitality into the development of the country.
