Research on the Application of Command Teaching Method in Taijiquan Course Teaching in Colleges and Universities

Abstract


This study aims to deeply explore the application effect of the command teaching method in Taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities. Through comparative experiment method, observation method and data analysis method, it reveals the advantages of the command teaching method in improving students’ academic performance, enhancing learning interest, cultivating a sense of rhythm and coordination, etc., and puts forward specific application strategies and suggestions, providing useful references for the teaching reform of Taijiquan in colleges and universities, promoting the innovation and development of Taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities, so that this excellent traditional culture of Taijiquan can be better inherited and promoted in colleges and universities.
