A Study of Digital Literacy Enhancement for Grassroots Civil Servants in Rural Governance

Abstract


Rural governance is the cornerstone of national governance, and digital villages are the strategic direction of rural revitalisation. The construction of digital villages covers many aspects, and rural digital governance is the expansion and practical application of digital governance in rural society. The effectiveness of rural digital governance is affected by various factors, among which, the degree of matching between the digital literacy of grassroots civil servants and the requirements of rural digital governance directly affects how effective rural digital governance is. Based on this, this paper analyses the factors affecting the digital literacy of grassroots civil servants, and accordingly proposes the relevant strategies for the improvement of digital literacy of grassroots civil servants.
