Research on the Training Mode and Educational Innovation Path of Mining Engineering Technology Talents
Abstract
As a major manufacturing country in the world, China has a strong demand for energy and mineral resources. In order to promote economic development, improve the quality of economic development, accelerate the training of mining engineering and technical talents, and enhance the development level of the mining industry, it has become an important mission for the training of mining engineering and technical talents in China. This article mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of talent cultivation in mining engineering technology in China, proposes innovative paths for talent cultivation and education in mining engineering technology, and hopes to improve the level of talent cultivation in mining engineering under the new situation and meet the needs of industrial development in China.
