Abstract

The content and requirements of electromechanical equipment operation and maintenance management have undergone significant changes with the development of intelligence and informatization. The BIM technology based electromechanical equipment operation and maintenance management method has the advantages of visualization and systematization, which is more in line with the development needs of the industry. By analyzing the professional abilities of BIM electromechanical equipment operation and maintenance management talents, By analyzing the professional abilities of BIM electromechanical equipment operation and maintenance management talents, the industry’s demand for interdisciplinary and composite skills has been identified. A personnel cultivation path based on scenario-based learning has been designed, Specific implementation strategies have been provided in terms of curriculum development, teaching methods, and teaching resource construction, in order to provide effective support for cultivating students’ ability to cope with future changing scenarios in the field of electromechanical equipment operation and management.
