The Value Significance and Path Analysis of Productionteaching Integration in Vocational Undergraduate Education
Abstract
With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous upgrading of industrial structure, the integration of industry and education in vocational undergraduate education has become an important way to improve the quality of talent training and promote industrial innovation and development. Its value significance and realization path are worthy of in-depth discussion and research. This paper expounds the core value of the integration of industry and education in vocational undergraduate education, including improving students’ practical ability, meeting the needs of enterprises’ talents, promoting the collaborative development of education and industry, etc., and deeply analyzes the challenges faced by the integration of industry and education in vocational undergraduate education, such as the disconnection between teaching resources and the needs of enterprises, and the imperfect cooperation mechanism. On this basis, the article puts forward the concrete path to promote the integration of vocational undergraduate education, including optimizing the allocation of educational resources, improving the management system and mechanism, and strengthening the policy support and guidance. Through the implementation of these paths, we can effectively promote the deep integration of vocational undergraduate education and industry, and cultivate more high-level, composite and innovative technical skills talents for economic and social development.
