Under the Background of Double Reduction, There are Problems and Research and Optimization Suggestions

Abstract


Through the interview and observation of some teachers, the school-based teaching and research has the following problems: the management of teaching and research activities in primary schools is not standardized, the activity environment is insufficient, lack of targeted content, single form, lack of leadership of teaching and research group leader, lack of teaching and research motivation of primary school teachers. This paper put forward suggestions on strengthening the school-based teaching and research system, optimizing the primary school-based teaching and research environment, innovating the content of school-based teaching and research activities, enriching the form of school-based teaching and research activities, improving the leadership ability of primary school teaching and research group leaders, and improving the teaching and research motivation of primary school teachers.
