Culture Difference Play Pivotal Role in Solar Panel Industry Policy: China Versus USA

Xihao Ning

Abstract

Cultural differences shape industrial policies, influencing economic growth and sustainability strategies. This essay examines how cultural values affect solar panel industry policies in China and the U.S. China’s collectivist, state-centric culture supports large-scale production, while the U.S.’s individualistic, market-driven culture emphasizes innovation and private sector leadership. Understanding these differences provides insights into international collaboration in renewable energy.
