Analysis of Innovative Paths in Community Education Management from the Perspective of Social Governance
Abstract
With the continuous transformation of social governance models, community education management is facing new challenges and opportunities. Under the requirements of diversified and refi ned social governance, the traditional community education management model is no longer able to meet the growing educational needs of residents. Therefore, it is particularly urgent to innovate the path of community education management. This article analyzes the theoretical basis and path of innovation in community education management from the perspective of social governance. By strengthening community governance mechanisms and promoting collaboration among government, community, and social organizations, innovative management systems can effectively improve the efficiency of educational resource allocation and respond to the diverse needs of residents; Meanwhile, optimizing educational content and services, implementing personalized and lifelong education, can better meet the multi-level needs of residents and enhance the coverage and quality of community education. Ultimately, promoting the deep participation of various social forces and building a shared education system will further enhance the cohesion of the community and the happiness of residents.
