Innovative Teaching Models to Foster College Students’ Learning Agency

Abstract


Traditional teaching models in higher education often fail to fully harness students' learning agency, limiting their self-directed learning abilities and innovative thinking. This paper explores pathways for innovating teaching models based on the theory of student agency. It focuses on the roles of personalized learning plans, intelligent learning platforms, and blended teaching supported by information technology in enhancing college students’ learning agency. The study aims to provide practical insights for optimizing teaching models and driving educational reform in higher education.
