Research on the Response Mechanism to Medical Service Legal Disputes for “Migratory Bird Populations”

Yunling Li, Haotian Chai, Chaoji Fu

Abstract

With the acceleration of China’s aging process, “migratory bird-style elderly care,” as an emerging elderly care model, has become increasingly popular among the elderly. However, as “migratory bird populations” face numerous medical service legal disputes during their cross-regional elderly care, how to construct an effective response mechanism has become an urgent issue. This paper aims to explore the current situation, causes, and response mechanisms for medical service legal disputes among “migratory bird populations,” providing decision-making references for relevant departments.
