Construction of Maturity Model for Practical Teaching Quality Management in Higher Vocational Colleges Focusing on High Quality Education Development
Abstract
This article focuses on the development of high-quality education and attempts to construct an innovative maturity model for practical teaching quality management in vocational colleges. From the perspective of construction strategy, this paper deeply analyzes the shortcomings of current practical teaching quality management in vocational colleges in terms of teacher team construction, teaching resource allocation and utilization, and quality evaluation system. It explores in detail the construction mode of the maturity model for practical teaching quality management in vocational colleges in terms of the principles, objectives, framework design, construction methods, and technical indicators of the model. This model is benefi cial for helping vocational colleges improve the quality of practical teaching, cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet industry needs, promote the deep integration of vocational college education and regional industries, and assist in achieving the goal of highquality education development.
