The infiltration Strategy of People-oriented Concept in University Teaching Management

Abstract


Teaching management in colleges and universities is a complex system engineering, involving a wide range, and the management process reflects a significant dynamic, that is, the change of any element will cause the change of the whole system, but no matter how the elements of teaching management in colleges and universities change, always around the “people” this core element to carry out. The people-oriented concept emphasizes people’s subjective initiative, objective reality and respect for people’s creativity. The people-oriented concept permeates the teaching management of colleges and universities, which can stimulate the work potential and enthusiasm of teachers, students and staff , and improve their personality quality. Therefore, the teaching management of colleges and universities should start from the needs and characteristics of teachers and students, and fully penetrate the concept of people-oriented, so as to better complete the fundamental task of cultivating people in colleges and universities. This article mainly discusses the penetration of the people-oriented concept in the teaching management of colleges and universities.
