User Demand Interview Research on Digital Applications of Traditional Papermaking Craft: Methods and Practices

Abstract


This article details interview research methods for understanding user demands in digital applications of traditional papermaking crafts. It covers in-depth interview characteristics, interviewee selection, question design, interview process implementation, and data collection and analysis. Using fl exible non-probability and purposive sampling methods, researchers can deeply understand users’ psychological and emotional needs, providing valuable data for product development.
