The Development Prospect of Domestic Coordinate Measuring Machine in Automobile Industry

Abstract

The quality and performance of automobiles have always been the focus of attention. In the context of new social development, in order to meet people’s high quality requirements for automobiles, it is necessary to strengthen the optimization of automobile production and measurement links, strictly control the production level of automobiles and the quality of parts production, and ensure the safety and reliability of automobiles in use. China’s CMM started late, but it has achieved the development of technology and the promotion of applications, especially in the automotive industry is very common. Based on this, this paper first briefly analyzes the application principle of domestic CMM, then summarizes the application status of domestic CMM in the automotive industry, and finally studies its development prospects in the automotive industry, providing an effective reference for the greater value of domestic CMM in the automotive industry.
