Breaking the Cocoon and Empowerment: Innovation of Psychological Adjustment Mechanism for Generation Z Vocational Students to Socialize in Layers

Abstract


As a young group in the new era, Generation Z vocational college students exhibit increasingly significant social stratification. While this phenomenon provides them with a sense of belonging and identity, it can also lead to social difficulties such as social anxiety and information isolation. Therefore, researching the psychological adjustment mechanisms for social stratification among Generation Z vocational college students is of great practical significance. By analyzing the current status and characteristics of social stratification among Generation Z vocational college students, this study explores the existing psychological adjustment mechanisms and issues, and proposes corresponding innovative strategies to help these students better address the challenges brought by social stratification, promoting their mental health and overall development.
