Construction and Practice Exploration of Nursing Professional Personnel Training System under the Integrated Mode of “Medical Education and Health Care”
Abstract
In today’s society, with the continuous improvement of the aging degree of the population, the model of combining “medical education and health care” has become an important trend of social development. This model integrates resources and services in various fields such as medical care, education, rehabili tation and elderly care to provide all-round and multi-level health protection for the people. Nursing is an indispensable part of the integrated model of “medical education, health care” and an important part of medical and health care. Therefore, it is an urgent need to build a training system for nursing professionals that is suitable for the combination of medical education and health care.
