Analyzing Accounting Education in Private Universities for High-Quality Employment
Abstract
The number of Chinese college graduates has reached a record high, and the form of employment has become more and more severe. This paper analyzes the direction of high-quality employment of accounting graduates of private universities, and suggests building a project-based modular curriculum system that integrates lessons and certificates, innovating teaching methods and setting up a dual-teacher multi-talented teaching team to meet the current difficulties in the process of job-seeking. Let the private universities in the era of high-quality development to cultivate both professional thickness and practical sharpness of the applied talents.
