This paper analyzes the direction of high-quality employment of accounting graduates of private universities, and suggests building a project-based modular curriculum system that integrates lessons and certificates, innovating teaching methods and setting up a dual-teacher multi-talented teaching team to meet the current difficulties in the process of job-seeking.
