Research on the Reconstruction of the Evaluation System for University Teachers’ Teaching Ability under the Background of Digital Transformation

Abstract


This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the reconstruction of the teaching ability evaluation system for university teachers under the background of digital transformation, analyzes the impact of digital transformation on university teaching, explains the necessity of re-establishing the teaching ability evaluation system for university teachers, and explores the problem points existing in the traditional evaluation system. The reconstruction strategies are proposed from the aspects of updating the evaluation concept, improving the index system, and innovating the evaluation methods. Reconstructing the evaluation system of university teachers’ teaching ability that conforms to the trend of digital transformation can promote the improvement of teachers’ teaching level and prompt university education and teaching to move towards high-quality development.
