Improvement of Core Competence and Practice Path of Councellor of Applied Major in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity
Abstract
As a gathering place of science and technology, talents and innovation, colleges and universities play a basic supporting role in promoting the development of new quality productivity. Application-oriented majors in colleges and universities focus on the training goal of high-quality application-oriented talents, adhere to the “innovation and integration” as an important starting point to promote the integration of production and education, and promote the integration of production and education. With the goal of improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students, they work hard in the aspects of discipline construction, education concept, and scientific innovation and education, so as to promote the continuous improvement of the application-oriented talent training system and the continuous improvement of talent training quality. Based on the analysis of the epojical change of the new quality productivity on the ecology of higher education, this paper puts forward the direction of strengthening the core competence of counselors under this change, breaking through the traditional development path, and helping the high-quality development of applied professional education in colleges and universities in the new era.
