Exploring the Integration Pathways of Local Red Culture and University History Resources in College Students’ Career Planning Education
Abstract
This study investigates the integration of local red culture and University history resources into career planning and em-ployment education for college students. It underscores their role in cultivating a sense of patriotism, correct professional values, and contributing to the development of well-rounded individuals capable of serving national construction. The paper first analyzes the connotations and educational significance of these resources, identifi es existing challenges such as low awareness among students, commercialization of cultural works, and monotonous teaching methods. To address these issues, the study proposes strategies including strengthening regulatory oversight, innovating educational models, enriching content, leveraging new media technologies, and establishing collaborative mechanisms. By implementing these measures, the educational value of red culture and University history resources can be fully realized, fostering a new generation of socially responsible professionals with strong ethical foundations.
