Construction and Effectiveness Evaluation of the “Five-in-One” Collaborative Education Model in Higher Nursing Health and Elderly Care Talent Cultivation

Abstract


With the accelerating aging population, the demand for higher nursing professionals in health and elderly care con-tinues to rise. Traditional single-dimensional training models can no longer meet societal needs, prompting the emergence of the “Five-in-One” collaborative education model. This paper explores the construction of this model in higher nursing health and elderly care talent cultivation, elaborating on the roles of universities, governments, hospitals, enterprises, and communities in its implementation, analyzing the process, and evaluating its outcomes. The aim is to refine and improve health and elderly care talent cultivation models, fostering a robust talent supply ecosystem for the industry.
