Reconstruction of Stress Intervention and Educational Management Strategies for Middle School Students Guided by Positive Psychology

Abstract


Faced with the increasing study and life pressure of middle school students, the traditional educational management model is difficult to effectively relieve the psychological burden of students. Based on the theory of positive psychology, this paper proposes strategies such as carrying out the cultivation project of positive psychological qualities, implementing the teaching management model oriented by advantages, building a harmonious relationship of mutual trust between teachers and students, and developing positive psychology curriculum resources. The aim is to help middle school students improve psychological resilience, stimulate intrinsic motivation, create a warm and supportive campus atmosphere, and promote the physical and mental health development of students. Lay a solid foundation for its future development.
