Research on Policy Evaluation of Graduate Scholarships

Abstract


China’s graduate education system is currently confronting dual challenges:a rapid enrollment expansion and an increasing proportion of students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.In this context,the effectiveness of the graduate scholarship policy,a pivotal component of the financial aid system,directly impacts the quality of graduate education and the efficacy of financial support for economically disadvantaged students.This study endeavors to objectively evaluate the implementation effects of China’s graduate scholarship policy and to explore potential avenues for its optimization.
