Reform and Practice of Holistic National Security Education in Universities from the Perspective of “Great Ideological and Political Education”

Abstract

From the perspective of the “Great Ideological and Political Course”, the education of the holistic national security concept in universities is facing new opportunities and challenges. The article deeply analyzes the current situation of holistic national security education in universities, elaborates on the necessity of reform under the guidance of the “Great Ideological and Political Course” concept, and proposes specific reform paths from the aspects of teaching content, teaching methods, teaching staff , and collaborative education mechanism. Through practical exploration and summary of experience, it aims to enhance the effectiveness of holistic national security education in universities, strengthen the national security awareness of college students, and cultivate high-quality talents to safeguard national security.
