Research on the Reform and Development of Public Physical Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of "Healthy China" Strategy

Abstract


In the era environment of implementing health strategy in China, curriculum reform has become the core and key to the reform and development of physical education in colleges and universities. Since the 21st century, the construction of public physical education curriculum system in domestic universities has achieved remarkable achievements. However, along with the deployment and promotion of the “Healthy China” strategy and the rapid development of education, the public sports curriculum of colleges and universities is no longer able to meet the latest demands for talent training in the era of change. Starting from the strategic background of “healthy China”, this paper summarizes and analyzes various factors affecting the reform of public sports curriculum in domestic universities, and with the overall reform ideas of innovation and development, in order to provide a scientific and reasonable reference for the reform of public physical education curriculum in colleges and universities.
