Abstract

Against the backdrop of globalization and digitalization, the foreign language education is facing challenges such as changes in the international landscape and the impact of artificial intelligence technology, but also new opportunities for development due to national strategic needs and educational reforms. In the cultivation of foreign language talents in the new era, it is necessary to deeply grasp the dual attributes of language with both humanistic and scientific qualities, as well as to take into account the intrinsic unity of its instrumental and humanistic values.
