Practical Research on the “Learning through Competition” Teaching Method in College Basketball Optional Courses

Abstract

As an important part of physical education, the innovation of teaching methods in college basketball optional courses is related to teaching quality and the cultivation of students’ physical literacy. The “learning through competition” teaching method breaks through the limitations of traditional teaching and integrates competition into classroom teaching.
