Strategies for Cultivating College English Autonomous Learning Ability Based on Online Learning Platform

Abstract


Under the background that digital education deeply permeates college English teaching, the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability has become the key to improve teaching quality. Relying on the online learning platform, a systematic training path is constructed from three aspects: stimulating learning motivation, guiding planning and strengthening strategy mastery. Awakening the internal driving force of learning through goal visualization setting, multi-resource push and gamification reward mechanism; Help students plan their study scientifically with the help of template support, curriculum guidance and dynamicsupervision; Promote the internalization of learning strategies with resource supply, demonstration teaching and practical feedback. Multi-dimensional strategies work together to help students improve their English ability and learning literacy in autonomouslearning.
