Optimization of Organizational Behavior in College Physical Education Teaching Teams: A Study on the Synergistic Effects of Leadership Style and Teacher Motivation
Abstract
The collective of higher physical education teaching is the core driving force for the improvement of physical education quality. The adjustment of its team behavior is extremely crucial for the growth of the physical education field in higher education. This paper focuses on the collaborative mechanism of leadership traits and teacher motivation, explores the implementation path of the optimization of organizational behavior of college physical education teaching teams, and explores the diversity of leadership styles and the ways of teacher motivation. By combining examples to illustrate the interrelationship between leadership models and teacher motivation, and adopting optimized paths, the aim is to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the construction and development of physical education teaching teams in higher education.
