Abstract
With the advancement of modern information technology, Web services are increasingly influencing the field of nursing education, particularly in the areas of internship and employment management, which urgently require modernization. This study focuses on the management of nursing internships and employment, exploring the development of a management service platform based on Web services. First, we analyzed the needs and challenges in the management of nursing internships and employment, highlighting key issues such as low levels of informatization and unfair resource distribution. Second, we designed and implemented a nursing internship and employment management service platform based on Web services, which includes modules for internship recruitment management, internship progress management, and employment tracking management. We also achieved real-time data collection and rapid information processing, providing effective communication and decision-making support for students and enterprises. The research findings indicate that the establishment of this platform has significantly improved the efficiency and quality of nursing internship and employment management, notably enhancing the internship experience and career planning for nursing students, and off ering valuable practical experience and theoretical insights for the modernization of nursing education.
