From Collective Training to Customization: Artificial Intelligence Promotes the Professional Development of Young Teachers

Abstract


This paper examines the impact of generative artificial intelligence (AI) on education and the current development status of young teachers in the AI era. Based on the “Teacher Digital Empowerment Development Plan” issued by the Ministry of Education, it evaluates AI-driven teaching practices, analyzes their current advantages and limitations, and proposes four educational pathways to cultivate humanistic sentiments among young teachers. The aim is to foster talents that meet the demands of our times.
