Abstract
At present, the process of globalization is accelerating. As an important tool for international communication, English is not only the main carrier for promoting a country’s opening up to the outside world and economic development, but also an importantmedium for spreading Chinese culture and reconstructing China’s national image. With the deep integration of the Internet and social life, “Internet Plus” has deeply developed into all industries of society. In the process of building a major educational country, “Internet Plus Education” has become a new form of transforming the educational model and promoting the innovative development of education. On the one hand, it is of great significance in promoting educational equalization and sharing educationalresources. On the other hand, it provides realistic conditions for TESOL teachers to further expand the boundaries of language application by relying on digital technology. Therefore, TESOL teachers need to accelerate the construction and development of their own digital literacy framework to better cope with the transformation of English teaching models under the background of “Internet + Education”.
