A Brief Discussion on the Countermeasures for the Cultivation of Administrative Management Professionals
Abstract
With the social and economic development, the cultivation of professional talents in our country has made great progress, especially the administrative professional, has become a new kind of professional in recent years, the development is effective, but also suffered a series of problems, this article is from the perspective of the problem to carry out relevant exploration on the problems existing in the development in the current administrative management professional talent training, find the administrative countermeasures of talent cultivation.
